Michelle Harrison is one of those saints who works full-time and finds the space during her own hours to write gorgeous books, such as The 13 Treasures. She also illustrates and has an amazing website.
Look out for Jon Mayhew's first novel, Mortlock, published by Bloomsbury in April of next year. Jon's writing drips with gothic atmosphere and high paced drama.
