About Me

I was born and raised in Derbyshire, England with my two younger sisters. My mother taught me to read at a very young age and I was bitten by a bug that has never gone away. Now, I live and work in London and have a full-time job as Head of Editorial at Working Partners. In my spare time, I have written or contributed to the books you will see here today.

The poster next to my desk says 'Keep Calm and Carry On'. I think this is some of the best advice in the world. When I'm not keeping calm, I have lots of things to get excited about - books, chocolate, milky coffee, nextdoor's cat, visiting friends, baking cakes, sewing, cycling and running. I hope you enjoy this website and that it inspires you to read many more books. It might even inspire you to write.
